| Description of the problem | 2005 dodge caravan. Consumer writes in regards to corporation and dealership violation of ada civil rights. *smd the consumer stated the power locks were inoperable. The consumer was informed by a mechanic, it was a common problem with the software, with his year and model. The consumer stated, the locks, when disabled made it nearly impossible to support his quadriplegic mother. The dealer stated it would cost $100 to analyze the problem. The failure tripped the circuit breaker in the engine compartment and required access to the compartment, distracting and delaying support to the disabled user of the vehicle. *jb |
