Description of the problem	Dt: the contact stated vehicle down shifted from 55 to 20 mph. When this happened she pulled over,turned the vehicle off, and restarted it. If the vehicle was not restarted it would continue to go only 20 mph. The dealership stated the transmission solenoid switch valve was latched in the lr position.
