| Description of the problem | Takata recall. On june 20th 2019 i came out to get in my vehicle to leave work. As i was driving, i noticed the ac was not getting cold and antifreeze was checked and fine. Took it in to a chevy dealership and was told the condenser was out on my vehicle. I was just over 37,000 miles when this occurred, drove off the lot brand new september 2017, and was told since it was over my 36,000 bumper to bumper warranty nothing could be done. Did other research and condensers had previously been recalled on 2015-2017 chevy tahoes, but was told "mine was not one of them". I was also told by other mechanics that a condenser should not have gone out so soon on a new vehicle. |
