Description of the problem	2017 chevy tahoe premier. The brakes are not engaging if under 5 mph rolling foward (pharmacy drive thru) hard to stop vehicle used 2 feet to push the brake down finally was able to stop an accident by using the emergency brake. There was a recall that was performed on 9/26/2019 for service brake assist. Issue occurred again 11/23/2020. I spoke to gm and they decided to reopened the case. Recall programming was redone for the 2nd time 12/1/2020 for service brake assist. 12/2/2020 the same situation occurred in car pick up line at school. Took the vehicle out of park let of the brake rolled foward 30 feet went to use the brakes around 3-5 mph and pedal was stiff and would not engage holding two feet on the pedal, used emergency brake to avoid hitting the car in line in front of me. My 2017 tahoe going back to the chevy dealership again. This is a major liability safety concern!!!
