| Description of the problem | In may 2018, our upper control arm assemblies were loose and making noises when driving over bumps. We took the car to les schwab and they found failure of both front control arms. The upper and lower ball joints were loose as well beyond what would be expected. They required use of our extended warranty to repair the defects. |
