Description of the problem	Vehicle is equipped with chevy mylink infotainment system in which controls can be access via touchscreen and buttons on the center console. System ramdomly and erratically changes settings such as radio stations, bluetooth settings, language settings, media settings, navigation and screen would freeze which makes system unresponsive to control buttons when pressed. This issue was brought to local dealer's attention and was informed that the computer board needs to be replaced and since the warranty is out, then owner would have to pay for the hefty $1000 plus parts and labor cost. This issue has stated affecting vehicle several months before warranty have expired but issue has progressively worsen since. This is a safety issue especially during operation of vehicle because it causes a lot of disrtractions and operator can easily lose focus and control in an attemp to troubleshoot the issue. Also, there is no option to power off the system while in operation or when the ignition is on.
