| Description of the problem | We own a 2015 chevrolet tahoe ltz and at 85,000 we had to replace both the front and rear shocks due to total failure. We paid a total of $3,200 for these repairs, as this was not covered under the power train coverage or our extended warranty. This is totally unacceptable by general motors. A technical service bulletin is not sufficient. Gm should issue a recall, as well as provide compensation to those who have had to cover this expense due to gm's very poorly designed suspension system. |
