Description of the problem	While the vehicle is in motion, and the interior dome lights are off, i press the brake pedal, and the dome lights flicker very intensely for a half-second. This flickering also happens when the left turn signal is activated. It is a very bright flicker and could cause an accident due to momentary distraction or light-blinding.
