Description of the problem	During slow movement, such as approaching a stop sign in traffic, the brake pedal will get hard and there will be no brakes. This has only occured during slow movement so far, but i'm now concerned that it could happen at highway speed. The dealer offered a repair for $691. 00 but this is a manufactureres defect that should be under recall.
