Description of the problem	While going at slow speeds, the brake pedal becomes stiff and locks up resulting in the brakes not working at all. This has caused me to almost hit multiple people in heavy traffic, parking lots, and drive through restaurant lines as well as almost causing me to roll through red lights into oncoming traffic. This has happened randomly over the past year (2018) and has recently became more common.
