Description of the problem	The dome lights in second row flicker every time i press on the brakes. The dome lights also flicker occasionally when i put on the blinkers. I have complained to the dealer several times and they want to charge a high price or they act as if it is a small issue. Dealer is sports chevy in silver spring, md.
