Description of the problem	My 2014 tahoe dash is cracked between the passenger airbag and the windshield vent. I is just hard plastic. I have a sunroof and keep it open during the hot months and the windows are cracked to allow the hot air to escape. I also keep huge sun shades in the windshield. I tried to have it repaired. All she could do was try to mend the crack but didn't have any luck in filling the gap. She said she sees a lot of these and believes it is due to a design flaw. I believe it too. My dash still move up and down when driving. This should be a recall and repaired or replaced at gm's expense. I have asked my local chevy dealership how much for them to install a new one. It would be $ 1,500. 00. I need someone who knows what to do because it involves the airbag. I am a devoted chevy owner and have spent way too much money to have something like cheap plastic as a dashboard.
