| Description of the problem | Was getting 20 to 22 mpg on the highway then it suddenly dropped to where i would only be getting 15 to 16 mpg. I have also gone out and gotten gas the night before and after reseting the average mpg i would be back up to getting 19 to 20 on city streets and go out the following morning and on the first start up and it would drop back down to 12 to 13 on while stationary and stay that way for the rest of the week even after going back on the highway at times. I have had the efi cleaned at least 3 to 4 times since owning the vehicle. So i'm starting to wonder if a part of the electronic control unit could possibly not be working properly. |
