| Description of the problem | I bought my 2011 chevrolet tahoe about 4 years ago (used, but in great condition) - within a month my dash had cracked. Nothing that i did at all! My normal driving everyday keeps me with 20-30 miles maximum, on very well made roads (nothing extreme). I paid to get it fixed (the first time) and now 4 years later and it has cracked again. After the first time i paid to get it fixed, they actually didn't install the dash correctly and then said that it was my fault that it was messed up and demanded that i pay for it. I refused and said that i was done with it. It's a safety hazard because it's right above my airbags, and like i said, this is the second time in 4 years that my dashboard has cracked. |
