| Description of the problem | We took our tahoe into the dealership to have the second row headrests removed because they were causing the car seats for our twins to not set back and flush against the back of the seat. So not only does it cause the car seat to sit up more vertical but also a safety concern because the car seat cannot be as securely fastened. The dealership and later customer care at corporate chevrolet said that they cannot remove those headrests for us because of a safety concern to an adult passenger in those seats without a headrest. I tried to explain that an adult will not be sitting there because the car seats are there. And confirmed that they were ok with a safety concern for kids in car seats that is happening, but not for an adult that might happen. |
