| Description of the problem | The dashboard has two long cracks, one above the instrument panel and one by the passenger side airbag. Called gm and they would not replace it. This happened when the truck wasn't even a full two years old. The truck in kept in a garage and i use sun visors during the day to protect the dash from the sun. The cracks continue to grow. This is a defect from gm and they should pay for replacement. I am worried if i get into an accident, pieces of the dash will fly into peoples faces in the truck or cause a deploying airbag to malfunction. The stability control light came on in 2012 and the dealer again would not fix it. |
