| Description of the problem | I am the 2nd owner of my 2010 chevy tahoe z71. I love the vehicle but recently, the crack that was once a small minute crack above the driver side dashboard has dramatically become larger. When i start my car, there is always a popping sound of the plastic as the dashboard cracks. There is also another crack near the passenger side airbag which concerns me. I recently went to my local dealer who i purchased the vehicle from and they told me to "contact gm and express your concern". That doesn't seem to solve a problem especially if internet search has shown an excessive amount of owners who are experiencing the same problem. This needs to be fixed by a recall by gm. |
