| Description of the problem | Out of nowhere a 1 1/2 inch wide pizza-shaped crack appeared on the dashboard over the main instrument console just off center towards the middle of the dash. We've lived in very hot climate(visalia,ca) with extremes from 110 degrees down to 32 degrees and less and have never had a dashboard crack occur, including our previously owned 2002 chevy tahoe. It's now covered with a dash carpet. Sure hope our safety isn't compromised. Our vehicle was stationary. |
