Description of the problem	Takata recall - our vehicle had a recall on 07/06/2016,we went to renew registration at dmv and they would not give of tags to place on plate due to airbag recall. I had to get a temporary red card for vehicle which eventually would expire. Since august 2016 every other month i called puente hills dealer and chevrolet customer assistance center to get vehicle serviced. Either one had information as when the parts would be available for repairs. It is now 04/04/2017 and still no parts and no tags for my vehicle. Last night i got pulled over for no tags. I provided receipt of payment for registration and all documents on recall and temporary registration, the officer was nice enough to let me go. He did mention vehicle can be towed away. I called puente hills chevrolet dealership this morning to schedule service for recall and rene rodriguez told me parts are not available and that they have not been able to fix any vehicles on this recall due to no parts since the recall notice 07/2016. I also spoke to customer service and they were not able to help me. They would like me to get in writing from dmv why i can not get my tags.
