Description of the problem	The tahoe was parked as usual and the speedometer is stuck in the 10mph when off and when at a stop. Dealer says it is a malfunction and it is not covered by them and the carge is $450+ to have it replaced! To me this is a huge safety concern, speed is never accurate. This is the 5th time this problem has occurred. Everytime i take it in to the dealer they tell me that nothing is wrong with the cluster. I was having the problem last night so i took it in this morning while it was malfunctioning so they could see it. The dealer wants me to pay them $115 for them to tell me that there was something wrong with it and that they will not cover it! I want to know how i can resolve this issue and have them replace it at no cost to me.
