Description of the problem	About 3 months ago, my speedometer stopped working properly. At just over 50k miles, the speedometer needle stopped returning to zero speed. Sometimes it's pinned at over 120 mph no matter the speed (even at a stop). It's not exactly comfortable driving i70 during winter conditions not knowing your speed. Would i be negligent for not fixing... Or chevrolet? What if an accident occurred while i had real estate buyers in my car. Just 3 years ago, i invested almost 40k in this automobile and now they want another $600 to repair. What happened to safety first or the consumer always being right.
