Description of the problem	I have a 2004 chevrolet tahoe z71. I have about 89,000 miles. My speedometer started acting erratic about 3 weeks ago. Working sometimes and not sometimes. Sometimes it would look like it was sticking in the way it would rise in speed. Now it has stopped working all together. I bought this car used about 9 months ago. When i bought it, it already had over 70k miles on it. I have read on different forums and blogs that gm has sent a letter offering to fix or reimburse, but only if under 70k miles. How can gm put a cap on something like this?
