| Description of the problem | 2004 chevrolet tahoe speedometer cluster failed around thanksgiving 2008 while i was out of state and not near a chevrolet dealership. I was over the extended cover allowance on miles. Speedometer clusters on several makes and models for chevrolet vehicles are having this problem and chevrolet is not recalling them. Speedometer only works sometimes. Half of the speedometer is light up while other half is not. Speedometer shows 20 miles an hour when traveling at least 60 miles per hour. |
