| Description of the problem | I own a 2004 chevy tahoe. On january 14, 2009, my speedometer started malfunctioning. At first, when i would start the car and drive, it would work but after about 10 min. It would start indicating the wrong speed. It's now been a few days and the speedometer isn't working correctly at all. When i'm driving approx. 30 miles per hr., the needle reads 120 mph. I won't be able to get my vehicle into the dealership until next week... By the looks of all the complaints, this seems to be a problem with many 2004 tahoe owners. I was hoping this was a recalled item. |
