| Description of the problem | I took my bmw for an airbag recall to classic bmw on 6800 north dallas pkwy, plano, rx. They did not discuss any charges and supposedly they changed my airbag on the driver side for free. This was completed on june,5 ,2017. On june,13, 2017 my airbag sign started coming up. Has never had issues with my car in the past regarding air bag sign. Now classic bmw wants me to pay 180 dollars just to diagnose something they worked on. Now they are giving me on the text message a laundry list of items related to air bag. Whatever has happened is what they have damaged. I tried to work it with them and talk and explain. It seems they don't want to discuss it at all. My car was working very clean and properly. |
