| Description of the problem | Received a recall related to electric coolant pump in june. Parts not available. Called my dealer princeton audi and no help. Received second notice regarding this in september, that audi had an 'interim fix" and advised me to contact princeton audi again. I did, but they did't have the part for the 'interim fix' either. I have called them 3 times and now am on a waiting list with over 100 names. Audi apparently is not making these parts fast enough, and in the meantime, we are advised to keep the car out of the garage... Winter is coming in the northeast. They have no idea when they will get the part |
