| Description of the problem | Takata recall. It has been 15 months since the recall and audi has offered nothing, such as a car rental as other manufacturer's have done. I have called many audi dealerships and the corporate offices requesting an equal trade-in on an unaffected q5 model, such as the 2013 i believe is not recalled; or a car rental. I have a 14 month old and cannot drive the baby around in this vehicle. Audi has told me not to worry - 'there have been no fatalities in german made vehicles due to the takata recall'. I am very disappointed and ask assistance or remedy resolved immediately. |
