Description of the problem	Takata recall . I own both an audi and a vw covered by the april 2016 recall. It's six months later and have heard absolutely nothing regarding replacement. I know that this is an enormous issue but would expect at a minimum a periodic update regarding the timeframe. Unlike the diesel issue , my life is at risk while operating these vehicles.
