Description of the problem	Recall complaint: i receive warning letters and reminder cards, but the local dealer seems not to have parts. The response specifically was to "call back in a month - we should have parts then". It would seem they should be calling me! I explained i was driving a 2,000 mile trip and there was no concern, or a warning that the vehicle should not be driven. I now have a schedule this week to have the work done at another dealership.
