Description of the problem	My complaint is two fold. 1. Why is the nhtsa issuing a recall and telling audi owners not to drive their cars? 2. Audi of america. As of 7/2/2016 audi is stating its not that serious? We have had no incidents according to an audi representative. This may be true but i would think some place in the usa their had to have been an accident involving one of audi's models. Nhtsa's recall notice states age, climate condition and certain areas of the usa as the governing factors. If the airbag goes off during an accident the outcome is the same regardless of these factors listed in the recall notice. I want to know why the people you are protecting are still allowed to drive a vehicle that is a grenade with the pin pulled out? These vehicles should be off the road. Why do i pay the commonwealth of massachusetts every year for a safety inspection sticker. If they will not issue one for tire thread depth, headlight out or seat belt problem. Than why are they allowed to issue an inspection sticker with a defective air bag?
