| Description of the problem | Takata recall i was first notified of this recall in february of 2016. It has been over a year and i have been driving around with a potentially lethal defect. I received a letter from audi in april with an update on how to address this defect, but when i called my local dealer they indicated that parts may not be available for months. This is very unsettling. Safety is such a concern for this issue, that other manufacturers have gone as far as to provide their customers with a rental car until a fix is available, yet audi has not offered this service. |
