Description of the problem	Takata recall i received a safety recall notice from audi, a 69n2 notice stating that "takata has reported that the driver frontal airbag inflator could potentially rupture if the vehicle is involved in a crash where the frontal airbags are designed to deploy. In the event of an inflator rupute, metal fragments could pass through the airbag cushion material, which may result in serious injury or death to vehicle occupants." i called audi usa today and was told that they currently have no repair program available to deal with this problem, they could not even provide an expected date for the repair to be available, and that loaner programs are not available nationally and it would be unlikely that my local dealer would be able to loan me a vehicle until such time as my car is repaired to a safe driving condition. This is clearly completely unacceptable so i would like to make a formal complaint against audi. All i am requesting is the vehicle is repaired and if it cannot be repaired that i am provided with a safe car to drive in the interim period. I feel you need to be aware of the position audi are taking in not providing remedy to such a lethal problem as i am left truly shocked at their lack of concern for the safety of their customers.
