| Description of the problem | We are a loyal audi customers, having 2 audis now. We bought the cars because of their safety rating, knowing our teenage daughter would be safe driving her car. I have gotten a safety recall for her car and want to know what they are doing to fix the recall and how soon we can get her car fixed. When the airbag issue was featured in the media a year ago, we asked our audi dealership if audi was affected. They said no. So we went ahead and bought our daughter an audi. Please let us know how we can fix this problem, because next year i will have my son driving the audi as well. Keep our children safe! |
