Description of the problem | We have in at least 2 occasions experience the feature "city safety" on our volvo xc60 2015 , braking to a stop while we are in traffic for no apparent reason. The company as well as the dealership claim this is how the feature is suppose to work . According to them the software has its limitations and these limitations include the car stoping abruptly and dangerously. The feature can be turned off but it will reset itself to on every time the car is restarted. The advice was for us to turn the feature off every time we drive in the city and or through fog with defeats the purpose of a feature called "city safe" . We believe that the company does not want to admit that the first generation of this feature is not street safe . Thank you |
