Description of the problem | I was driving and my vehicle completely shut down leaving me stranded in the middle of the road. I was not able to turn on the hazard lights. It appeared as if someone completed unplugged my car from the power outlet. Completely black screen on all electronics and if the door opened no lights came on. I have the vehicle at the dealer and they indicated that their might be a corrupt file and a software update is required. I just want to make sure this does not happen to anyone else. This happened while i was driving the vehicle. The vehicle was towed to the dealer. Also, the car was not able to go in neutral. |
