Description of the problem	While driving on interstate 85 truck started making noise and coolant light came on. After opening hood notice fan dislodged and coolant completely gone from radiator. Called a repair shop who diagnosed the fan hub bearing had failed causing the fan to break then causing a chain reaction of other parts such as penetrating a hole in radiator and possibly turbo air tubes and other minor hoses and belts and replacement of fluids transmission and coolant. The total bill escalated to almost $7000. 00 dollars for which it seemed to be over billed by the repair shop of about 2000. 00 dollars. This could of been prevented if a simple design of a brace to hold fan in place when fan hub fails.
