Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2012 volkswagen passat. The contact stated that the vehicle failed to start and the air bags and engine lights remained illuminated on the instrument panel. The vehicle was jumpstarted and taken to an independent mechanic who was unable to diagnose the source of the failure, but clearly stated that the battery was good.
