Description of the problem	There is an active recall on our jetta related to the micro switch. When we took our car in to volkswagen of marietta to have the 90,000 mile service done, we stated that we wanted the recall repair done as well. The service provider first told us he couldn't look up the recall by the vin, and then when we went to pick up the car, he stated that there was no open recall on it.
