Description of the problem	The ignition will not shut off. The key will not release to the off position. The key has to be wiggle, pulled, or whatever necessary to turn off. After or up up to 3 hours the car finally releases the key to the off position. This happens only when we have to remove the key to shut off the car. This happens every time we need to shut off the car.
