Description of the problem	Driving straight on a city street and with no warning all power was lost to propel the vehicle. Due to the sudden loss of power with no warning, an accident nearly occurred. Recalls for this make/model of vehicle are documented (13v568000 and 19v866000) but for some reason volkswagen is not covering all 2013 jetta hybrids under these recalls, which both indicate sudden loss of power to the vehicle due to transmission/gear box issues.
