Description of the problem	I have a 2013 jetta hybrid the check engine light came on and i took it to the dealership. They ran diagnostic and said the mechtronic unit has to be replaced or the vehicle could stop working while driving. There is a recall 34j6/4v for all jetta hybrids from 2013-2014. Vw tells me my vehicle does not qualify. My cars vin # is within the parameters on the attached bulletin as well. I believe i was never notified because i purchased the car used and the previous owner received the information.
