Description of the problem | 2013 jetta hybrid with 74,000 miles, started to cycle between e-mode and engine when stopped every couple of seconds, when stepping on brake to stop, would initially accelerate forward. Always completed required maintenance at vw dealer. Brought into vw service and was told the transmission needed replacing and cost was $7200. Vin was not part of the recall. |
