Description of the problem	2013 vw jetta hybrid has check engine light come on and go off intermittently. Car was taken into vw dealer to evaluate. Dealer proceeds to say transmission is defective, clutch was malfunction & oil was leaking. According to a new recall in 2/2020, vw mentioned that if the software recall was not addressed issues with the transmission & clutch could occur. When car was taken and evaluated it was found to have all of the possible problems listed with this recall
