Description of the problem | When driving over 50 mph on highway and brakes are applied the steering wheel shakes violently. This has happened since the vehicle was new. Dealer said it was the tires. He replaced them and the shaking stopped for almost a year. Tires were replaced again and shaking stopped for almost a year then resumed. No shaking occurs at speeds under 40 mph when brakes were applied. Most of my driving occurs below 40 moh. |
