Description of the problem	Bought a 2007 tacoma 4x4 with approx. 300 miles on it. It had been stolen from a lot and therefore had a red title. We got a letter informing us the frame was possibly rusting and to take it to a toyota dealer which we did and was informed it was rusted beyond being repaired and would have to be replaced. After being told it would take a while to get the frame in before it could be repaired we waited about a year, in the mean time we have made several attempts to find out what the hold up was. After a year or so wait we were told they would not fix it because it has a red title, this truck was not water damaged or in an accident, so now the frame is almost rusted into with around 100,00 miles on it, please tell me how it getting stolen has anything to do with the frame rusting thru. Ll had a recall on all of these trucks because of this happening. I would greatly love to hear how they can avoid repairing this one!! At a later date we had a recall on the rear springs and they replaced them... . .
