Description of the problem | There are 3 recalls on my vehicle in which i've been notified about. I called the dealership where i purchased the vehicle and tried to set up a date in which i can leave my vehicle. The recall notification from toyota stated that i would be provided a loaner vehicle while the work is being performed, since the rust treatment was going to take 4 days to dry. Now since i've requested a loaner vehicle the dealership continues to avoid my calls or let me speak with the head repair technician. The problems with the vehicle has had recalls for safety hazards and potential death while driving. |
