Description of the problem	Rust perforation on frame. Was not notified that this was an issue by manufacturer. First inspected by dealer 4/15/15 and was missed. Inspected by another dealer dealer 1/31/16 and found large perforations in frame measuring 4". Was informed by dealer thi was a known issue and would be taken care of free of charge. Manufacturer was made aware of issue and declined frame replacement or repair.
