Description of the problem	"takata recall". I was in motion travel home on the highway when i ran off the road and hit a tree head on. The airbag part cut the left side of my chin. The er doctor said the hole was the size of two fifty cent pieces but together. And he could see the jaw muscles. The vehicle is total. I have a police accident report, insurance claim, medical expense and picture of the cut and the truck. I will need help with these photo and documentation to upload on the format.
