Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2010 toyota corolla. While driving at various speeds of 3 mph or more, there would be a sudden increase in the rpms without warning. While depressing the accelerator pedal, the pedal would often return to the idle position very slowly. There would also be instances when the vehicle would feel as if it was losing power while traveling downhill, at any speed, also causing a sudden increase in rpms.
