Description of the problem | Steering the car at highway speeds (over 55 mph) is difficult. Feels like something is trying to push the car out of the drive lane. This occurs all the time (i have a 3 hr round trip commute at highway speeds) and has since vehicle was purchased. Have an appointment w/dealership, but in a phone conversation was told by service rep that it was my problem, not the car and that an appointment was not necessary. Rep (forgot name) stated that putting sand bags in trunk would solve problem. I have replaced the tires and had the alignment checked but the situation has not changed. |
